Terms of service

These terms apply only to the SESSION early-access website and waitlist. They do not create a paid subscription, storage account, music-distribution agreement, marketplace agreement, or rights-management service. Separate product terms will apply before any future app account is activated.
SESSION is operated by Dark Faders Productions.
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about SESSION and request early access. You must provide accurate information, use an email you control, and not interfere with the site, evade security controls, submit automated requests, impersonate others, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Early access is not guaranteed
A request does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, feature set, price, or commercial relationship. We may prioritize requests, limit invitations, pause the waitlist, or change the site before release. Do not rely on site content as a promise that a feature, integration, or protection will be available at launch.
Content, feedback, and intellectual property
Do not upload confidential music, recordings, lyrics, voice material, artwork, or personal data through this site. The SESSION name, logo, site design, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or used without written permission. If you send feedback, you allow us to consider it without an obligation to compensate you; this does not transfer your pre-existing rights.
Links and third parties
The site may link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Disclaimers and limits
The early-access site is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, music-rights, or security advice. Counsel must finalize the governing law, dispute-resolution, limitation-of-liability, indemnity, accessibility, and jurisdiction terms before public launch.
