Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SESSION, a workspace for music creation, collaboration, rights organization, distribution preparation, and marketplace tools.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. You must be at least the minimum age required where you live.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of content you upload. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload, process, share, distribute, or monetize it. Do not upload infringing, unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized recordings, samples, artwork, or personal data.

Collaboration and sharing

You control project roles and protected links. Review recipients, expiry dates, play limits, download settings, and passwords before sharing. SESSION is not a substitute for a signed split sheet, clearance, license, or legal advice.

Payments and subscriptions

Prices, trials, renewals, taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. On iOS, any digital subscription or feature unlock must use the payment method required by Apple unless an applicable exception is confirmed.

Safety and moderation

We may restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, infringe rights, abuse other users, or create security or legal risk. Report concerns through Support or info@thesessionapp.com.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SESSION reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms with notice where required.
