Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

SESSION is a creator workspace for artists, producers, and engineers. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect account email, display name, role, location, profile content, uploaded audio and artwork, credits and rights information, support messages, purchase and subscription status, device and diagnostic information, and product usage events. Microphone, camera, photo, and media access are used only after you choose the related feature.

How we use information

We use information to provide the studio, protect rights and credits, process purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

SESSION may use Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime services; Stripe for payments; Google or Apple for optional sign-in; and infrastructure, analytics, and AI providers needed to operate selected features. Each provider receives only the information needed for its service.

Audio and voice

Audio remains associated with your account and project permissions. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. Any future voice-cloning or voice-protection feature will require separate, explicit consent and controls.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and project information while your account is active and as needed for security, rights records, financial records, dispute handling, and legal compliance. You may request export or deletion at any time through Account Deletion or by emailing info@thesessionapp.com.

Your choices

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your information. You may also withdraw optional permissions through your device settings. Requests are reviewed and completed within the period required by applicable law.
