Privacy policy

This policy covers the SESSION early-access site, not future in-app accounts or music-workspace services. The applicable privacy jurisdiction must be confirmed before launch.

SESSION is operated by Dark Faders Productions.

Information we collect

When you request early access, we collect your email address, the role you select, the page or campaign source associated with your request, and the date/time of the request and confirmation. We also process limited technical security information needed to prevent abuse, such as request metadata and bot-verification results. Do not submit music, recordings, voice data, financial information, or other sensitive information through this waitlist.

Why and when we use it

We use this information to verify your email, prevent spam and duplicate requests, manage the access queue, respond to your request, and send the SESSION early-access and launch updates you asked for. We do not sell or rent waitlist information. Any new use, such as a general marketing newsletter, requires a revised disclosure and the consent required by applicable law.

Email confirmation and service providers

A request is not added to the confirmed waitlist until the email owner follows the verification link. If enabled for launch, Cloudflare provides hosting and bot protection; Supabase stores waitlist records; and Resend delivers confirmation messages. Each provider processes information only to provide its service. A current vendor register is maintained internally and reviewed before launch.

Optional analytics and cookies

The site uses essential local storage only to remember your analytics choice. Optional analytics do not load unless you select “Accept analytics” in the consent notice. You may change that choice by clearing this site’s local storage or contacting us. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this early-access site unless this policy and the consent experience are updated first.

Retention and deletion

Unconfirmed requests should be deleted within 30 days. Confirmed waitlist records should be reviewed at launch and deleted or re-confirmed no later than 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for security, dispute handling, or law. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@thesessionapp.com. We will verify the request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children and international visitors

The early-access site is not directed to children. Do not submit information for anyone below the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by our service providers.

Contact and changes

Privacy contact: info@thesessionapp.com. Before launch, this page must be updated with the legal operator’s name and mailing address, the final vendor list, and any state, national, or regional disclosures counsel determines apply. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
